Baltimore Ravens at Dallas Cowboys: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 3 game

One of the most highly anticipated games of Week 3 involves two teams coming off stunning losses in the Baltimore Ravens (0-2) and Dallas Cowboys (1-1).

Two weeks into the season and Baltimore is still without a win after it blew a 10-point lead in the final quarter to the Las Vegas Raiders. Both sides of the ball don’t look fully put together yet, but the Ravens need to get it together to avoid its first 0-3 start since 2015.

After what happened in Week 1, several expected Dallas to light up the scoreboard against New Orleans. Instead, it was the Saints that embarrassed the Cowboys in front of its home crowd, bringing up past memories of playoff failures in Dallas. If Dallas wants to assert itself as a Super Bowl contender, it’ll have to take down last year’s MVP.

Lorenzo Reyes: Cowboys 23, Ravens 20

It’s hard to trust Baltimore these days. They struggle to hold leads. They have gotten gashed up the middle of the field and haven’t found a way to make up for the loss of Patrick Queen. And they inexplicably abandon their running game. Dallas has its own faults, but I would think the Cowboys move CeeDee Lamb to the middle of the field to take advantage of Baltimore’s weakness there.

Tyler Dragon: Ravens 23, Cowboys 20

The Ravens have put themselves in an 0-2 hole to begin the season. A win on the road in Dallas can quickly change the course of their season. The Cowboys were embarrassed in their home opener last week. But the Ravens are going to be motivated and desperate for a win. Expect Lamar Jackson to put on his MVP cape.

Richard Morin: Cowboys 29, Ravens 26

It’s difficult to imagine a 0-3 start for defending MVP Lamar Jackson and the formidable Ravens, but it’s seriously in play Sunday in Dallas.

Jordan Mendoza: Cowboys 30, Ravens 29

After what happened in Week 2, it’s anyone’s guess as to who wins this. However, Baltimore has the worst passing defense in the NFL, meaning a big day could be in store for Dak Prescott. Dallas squeaks by the Ravens to send them to 0-3.
