Bachelor Nation saw Peter Weber look for love on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” and this year he returned to screens on the competition show “The Traitors.”
Peter was a fan favorite on both franchises and there have been romance rumors swirling about him since his time on “Traitors.”
Fans thought he could be dating co-star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu after his mom Barb posted a photo with her, and then more recently he was spotted out with reality star Audrina Patridge.
Now, Peter joined former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe on her “Off the Vine” podcast, where he dished on the dating rumors and revealed his current outlook on love.
When asked about his relationship with Ekin-Su, Peter clarified, saying, “We’re just really good friends. I obviously get everyone commenting on that and my mom’s picture probably confused people. She is beautiful, but she’s out in London filming ‘Big Brother’ right now and we’re really truly good friends. We’re very much alike and got along super well, but just friends.”
Then, Kaitlyn asked about Audrina and if there could be some romance brewing between them.
The former Bachelor said, “That’s just work. I have some exciting stuff coming up in the future with her and I. It was super random. You never know who you’re going to meet through different experiences. When I was in L.A. for the ‘Traitors’ reunion, I met up with Audrina for the first time one of those nights and had a good meeting. She’s an awesome person. We get along super well. She’s such a sweetheart. I am excited to see what happens there.”
Peter went on, sharing, “These projects are in the works. They are two possible hosting gigs and that would be cool. I never thought about getting into that. She had these two cool ideas. One is definitely up my alley and I would love to do it. We did a sizzle reel this past weekend.”
Kaitlyn says she’s rooting for him and Audrina if that’s ever a thing and Peter said, “You never know!”
When asked if he is open and looking for love, Peter says he really hopes to meet his future wife this year.
He said, “I am very single and ready to mingle on dates. I keep saying this has probably been one of the best years of my life so far. I am loving this energy and there’s something I feel is really good about 2024. I can finally feel that, fingers crossed, a relationship will come out of this year too. A last relationship would be ideal, so I’m very optimistic.”
